Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return products within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, and must be sent back in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons are clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. Items excluded for hygiene reasons can only be returned if the original seal or packaging remains unopened/intact.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Please register your return within 30 days of delivery through our return form. After registering your return, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Softly Woven cannot process refunds for returns that do not arrive or for which no valid tracking information has been provided.
Returns sent to any address other than the one provided in the return instructions cannot be processed. Returns must be sent to our international fulfillment centre:

Our returns are processed through an international logistics facility. This enables efficient handling and helps us keep our prices affordable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- For regular returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Please note: returns are sent to our warehouse in China, which may involve high shipping fees.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, Softly Woven covers all return shipping costs.
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it has been delivered to our facility. Softly Woven is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments caused by the carrier.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged during the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns held, delayed, or refused by customs due to unpaid fees cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will typically be processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
If the entire order is returned, we will refund the purchase price plus the original standard shipping costs. For partial returns, only the product price is refunded. Original delivery upgrades or insurance fees are non-refundable.
